DESIGNATING ATTENDANT LOT PARKING RATES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2491, New Series, requires the
City Council of the City of Alameda to designate parking fee rates
for attendant lot operations; and
WHEREAS, on June 7, 1990, City Council approved an
agreement with Park Street Business Association, Inc., to convert
Lots A & C to attendant lot operations and establish a flat rate
of 50 cents per hour;
WHEREAS, Park Street Business Association had agreed to
eliminate Saturday free meters as a part of their proposal for
attendant lot operation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA, that
Section 1. Attendant Lot (Lots A & C) operations shall
charge a flat rate of 50 cents per hour for parking.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of
August , 1990, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
