WHEREAS, at the meeting
1990, the City Council approved
(Neighborhood C), Resolution No.
of the City Council
the Final Map for
11967; and
WHEREAS, at the meeting
1990, the City Council approved
(Neighborhood B), Resolution No. 11964; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle has notified the City Engineer
that additional Utility Easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends, if approved, these
easements be allowed to be placed on the Final Maps prior to their
recordation;

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 11964 and 11967 do not provide
for the acceptance of Public Utility Easements and Rights of Access
for emergency and public safety vehicles for Tract 6147 and Public
Utility Easements and Storm Drain Easements for Tract 6226.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that additional public utility easements shall be added
to the Final Maps for Tract 6147 and 6226 prior to recordation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all easements indicated on
the final maps for Tracts 6147 and 6226 dedicated to the public
are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in conformity
with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of
August ,, 1990, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
