APPOINTING JAMES T. KENNEDY AS A MEMBER OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, JAMES T. KENNEDY is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Economic
Development Commission for the term commencing September 1, 1990
and expiring on August 31, 1994, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of
August , 1990, by the following vote to wit:
