Resolution 12026CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12026 APPROVING PARCEL MAP 5952 AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF AN 0.1 ACRE PARCEL FOR PUBLIC USE (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE). WHEREAS, Parcel Map 5952 was approved by the City of Alameda Planning Board on September 11, 1990, by Resolution No. 2103; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map 5952 was found to be in conformance with the City's Combined Land Use Plan (CLUP) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, pursuant to an Environmental Impact Report certified by the City Council on October 2, 1984, a copy of which is in the City Clerk's Office for review; and WHEREAS, the subdivider dedicates the 0.1 acre parcel designated as "City of Alameda" to the City of Alameda for Public Use, as designated on Parcel Map No. 5952. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11.319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map 5952, hereto accepted and conditionally approved b1.7 the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to the subdivider to record same, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City of Alameda Planning E i Board Resolution No. 2103. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of ---1--uAlameda that the parcel for public use dedicated to the City of 0 . lameda is hereby accepted on behalf of the City, for use in tn onformity with the terms of the offers of dedication. ca BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Election for each election precinct at said General Municipal Election shall consist of a maximum of one Inspector, one Judge, and two Clerks. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the compensation to be paid to each of the election officers for conducting said General Municipal Election be, and the same is hereby, fixed at the sum of $64.00 for election day, $7.00 for class attendance, $10.00 for supplies pick-up, and $5.00 for return of supplies to the Inspectors; $53.00 for election day, $7.00 for class attendance to the Judges; and $53.00 for election day, $7.00 for class attendance to the Clerks. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the polls at the polling places for said election shall be opened at 7:00 o'clock a.m. (P.S.T.) of said day of eledtion and shall be kept open continuously thereafter until 8:00 o'clock p.m. (P.S.T.) of said day of election when the polls shall be closed, as provided in the California Election Code, and the election officers shall thereupon proceed to process the ballots cast thereat, and the returns of said election shall be made out and signed by the election officers and shall be by them deposited with the City Clerk, together with the ballots cast at said election. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Council shall meet at its usual meeting place and canvass said returns on Tuesday, the 12th day of March, 1991, being the first Tuesday after said General Municipal Election, and declare the results of said General Municipal Election. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to do and perform any and all acts required of her under the Charter of the City of Alameda and the laws of the State of California in respect to said General Municipal Election. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said General Municipal Election called and ordered to be held, as aforesaid, shall be held and conducted, and the votes cast thereat received and canvassed, and the returns thereof made, and the result thereof ascertained, determined, and declared, as herein provided, and in all particulars not recited herein, in accordance with the Charter of said City of Alameda and the laws of the State of California governing said General Municipal Election. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that .the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 7th of November, 1990 by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica - 5.
