APPROVING HARBOR BAY ISLE VILLAGE V PARCEL MAPS NO. 6012
6013, AND 6024.
WHEREAS, Parcel Maps 6012, 6013, and 6024 were approved
by the City of. Alameda Planning Board on November 26, 1990,
Resolution Numbers 2129, 2130, and 2131; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Maps 6012, 6013, and 6024 are subject to
the Development Agreement dated April 4, 1989, between Harbor Bay
Isle Associates and the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Maps 6012, 6013, and 6024 were found to
be in conformance with the City's Combined Land Use Plan (CLUP) and
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, pursuant
to an Environmental Impact Report certified by the City Council on
October 2, 1984, a copy of which is in the City Clerk's Office for
review; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division has reviewed Parcel
Maps 6012, 6013 and 6024, and has proposed a number of Conditions
of Approval which have been incorporated as Conditions of Approval
in Planning Board Resolutions Numbers 2129, 2130 and 2131.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11.319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Maps 6012, 6013, and 6024, hereto accepted
and conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby
approved and permission given to the subdivider to record same,
based upon the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in
City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution Numbers, 2129, 2130, and : 2131.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofiri
Alameda that the easement identified on Parcel Map 6024 for public
use is hereby accepted on behalf of the City, for use in conformity
with the terms as shown on the Parcel Map.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the eighteenth
day of December, 1990, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas,
Withrow and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
