Resolution 12053CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12053 ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO CITY OF ALAMEDA HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -4 WHEREAS, the City Council, on December 18, 1984, by Resolution No. 10498, approved a Resolution of Intention to establish the City of Alameda Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District (AD 84 -4); and WHEREAS, the City Engineers Report for AD 84 -4 includes a work description of which one item is modified and a second items is added, as described as follows: The changes and modifications include the construction and installation of the floating dock and related piles, channel markers, buoys, gangways, piers, and required dredging, the construction of the terminal shelter building and terminal parking lot, including safety lighting, landscaping, signs, and access control equipment, and the access roadway to Harbor Bay Parkway. This construction is to be at a location westerly of the area described in the Engineer's Report; and WHEREAS, the inclusion of the construction of a public floating dock facility in San Francisco is added to the Assessment District; and WHEREAS, funding will be provided from the Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 84 -4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the City Council hereby adopt a resolution ordering changes and modifications to the Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 84 -4 as set forth above. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the eighteenth day of December, 1990, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow and President Corica - 5.
