CONFIRMING REPORT OF SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS IN THE
MATTER OF THE REPAIR OF SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY, OR CURB AND
GUTTER IN FRONT OF VARIOUS PROPERTIES AND DIRECTING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF LIEN ON THESE PROPERTIES WITH THE
COUNTY AUDITOR
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has filed with the City
Council his report on repair by the City of the sidewalk, driveway,
curb or gutter in front of the following real properties and for
the following cost plus incidental expenses:

2525 Santa Clara Avenue
2210 Encinal Avenue
1801 Shore Line Drive
899 Broadway
434 Haight Avenue

WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, said Council did hold
a hearing on said matter for the purpoSe of examining and
considering said report; and
WHEREAS, it is established that no part of said amounts has
been paid as of March 20, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of
Alameda that the itemized statement of the expenses submitted by
the Superintendent of Streets in the aforesaid matter be, and the
same is hereby confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Superintendent of Streets be,
and he is hereby directed to prepare a Notice of Lien on the said
properties, for the said amounts, and to file said Notice of Lien
with the Auditor of the County of Alameda for collection of the
amount of said lien pursuant to the provisions of Section 5628 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the nineteenth
day of March, 1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia,
and President Corica - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Thomas and Withrow - 2.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
