APPOINTING DAVID P. O'NEILL AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079, New
Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the City
of Alameda, the election of DAVID P. O'NEILL by the Mayor of the
City of Alameda is approved, and he is hereby appointed to the
office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda for
the term commencing on July 1, 1991 and expiring on December 31,
1993 and to serve until his successor is appointed and is
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the second day of
July, 1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth and
President Withrow - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
