APPOINTING DAVID ELEFANT AS A MEMBER OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to Section 2-382 and following of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, DAVID ELEFANT is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Economic Development
Commission of the City of Alameda for the term commencing October
15, 1991. The ending date of said term shall be determined by the
Economic Development Commission but in no event shall exceed August
