ESTABLISHING FILM PERMIT TEES
WHEREAS, Alameda Municipal Code Section 13-4101 provides
that the City Council may by resolution establish fees for film
permits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the film
permit fees established by this resolution are a reasonable cost
of providing the services to process a film permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda that said Council hereby establishes fees for filing a
film permit application as follows:
Filing Fee $50.00
Up to one day filming
Day 2 to day 15
Day 16 onward
Appeal Fee
$50.00
$20.00
$10.00
$50.00
plus an amount based on
the number of filming
days, as set forth below.
per day
per day
processing fee plus the
actual cost to the City
for retaining a hearing
officer if the appeal, or
any portion thereof, is
not granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall not become
effective until the effective date of the ordinance adding
Chapter 4 to Title XIII of the Alameda Municipal Code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the fifth of
November, 1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Lucas, Roth and
President Withrow - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Camicia - 1.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
