Resolution 12184CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12183 REAPPOINTING CAROLE FINNEGAN AND JOAN SCHOPF, MEMBER AND ALTERNATE RESPECTIVELY, TO THE BAY AREA LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM LAY ADVISORY BOARD BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the requirements of the California Library Services Act of 1977, and upon nomination of the Library Board of the City of Alameda, Carole Finnegan and Joan Schopf are hereby reappointed, member and alternate respectively, to the Bay Area Library and Information System (BALIS) Lay Advisory Board for a two-year term commencing November 1, 1991. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of January , 1992, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth and President Withrow - 5. Felsch, City Clerk City of Alameda CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 12184 DESIGNATING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SIGNING SAN FRANCISCO BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (BCDC) APPLICATIONS WHEREAS, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission requires that permit applications be signed by a representative who has been authorized to represent and make commitments on behalf of the City; and WHEREAS, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission also requires that a copy of the appropriate resolution establishing this authority be submitted with the permit application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby designates the Public Works Director as the authorized representative of the City of Alameda for the purpose of signing City of Alameda applications before forwarding to the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the San Francisco Bay Conservation Development Commission.
