RESRLiTED that it is the intention of thecouncil of the City oz Alameda to ordwr the grade of that portion of nobater Street„ in said city, hereinafter described, TO be changed so az to conform to he following elevations: Clommnnning nt a point 319 feet northerly from the northerly line of Eagle Avenue, woere the present elevation is 3.26 feet above the city datum plane or mean high tide; thence northerly the grade chnll run on an accenting straight line for a. distance of o61 feet to an elevation of b rent snore' aaid datum: plane; from thence northerly the grode shoji continue on a. level of o feet aoove aaid. datum MAane tog a distance of 3400 feet to the existing grade at thnt peini, all of said elevations referring to the tom T9 the curb.
