RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY OF THE NORTH SIDE OF
HAIGHT AVE. 417 FT. EAST OF SIXTH ST., THENCE
EASTERLY 40 FT. TD A CLASSJI PESIDENCE •ISTRICT.
WHEREAS, petition was filed with the City Clerk as required by the provisions
of Ordinance No.,. 144, New Series, Ordinance No. 149, New Series, Ordinance No. 191, New
Series, and amendments thereto, requesting that the property situated on the North side
of Haight Avenue, 417 feat East of Sixth Street, thence 40 feet 'Easterly by 130 feet, be
changed and reclassified from a Class I, Residence District, to a Class II, Residence
District, which petition was signed by the required percentage of property owners of
real. property situated within a radius of six hundred feet of the said prOperty;
AND WiEREAS, notices were posted by the City Clerk and a hearing provided for
and duly held. before the city council in time, form and manner as required by law, and
the city council having duly considered said proposed change and reclassification; now
therefore
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the premises
above described be, and the same are hereby permitted, to be reclassified. in accordance
with the petition above referred to.
I, the undereigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 20th day of February, 1923, by the following vote, to-wit
AYES: Councilmen. Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (O.
NOES: Bone,
ABSENT: Sone.
