RECIA::IFYINC THE PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE
S. E. CORNER OF FARU STREET AND SANTA CLARA
AVENUE TO A RESIDENCE DISTRICT, CLASS II.
TITEAS, a petition was filed with the City Clerk as required by the provi-
sions of Ordinance So. 144, New Series, Ordinance Ne. 149, New Series, Ordinance So.
191, New Series, and amendments thereto, requesting that the property situated on the
southeast corner of Para Street arid Santa Clara Avenue, be changed and reclassified
from a Class I, Residence District, to a Class II, Residence Dietrict, which petition
was signed by the required percentage of owners of real property situated within a
radius cf six hundred feet cf said property;
AND WHEREAS, notices were posted by the city clerk and a hearing provided
for and duly held before the city council in time, form and manner as required by law,
and the city council having duly considered said proposed change and reclassification;
DOW therefore
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council cf the City of Alameda that the prem-
ises above described be, and the same are hereby permitted, to be reclassified in ac-
cordance with the petition above referred to.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 20th day of February, 1923, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst and Tilden, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
NOT VOTIS"C: Council-president Otis, (II.
