Resolution 00616RESOLUTION NO. 616. RESOLUTION OP APPRECIATION TO ALALiEDA BCY SCOUTS. WHEREAS, the Bey Scouts of Alameda voluntarily cleaned up the beach at Washington Park on Saturday, February 10, 1923, now therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the members of the Alameda section of the Boy Scouts of America be, and they are hereby accorded a vote of thanks for the civic service so rendered without solicitation; and BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that the city clerk be, and he is hereby directed to transcribe this resolution in full on the minutes of the council, and send a copy thereof to said organization. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of March, 1923, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probet and President Otis, (4).
