SCHL Fun, AS A LOAN.
2E3OL3ED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that -there be and there
is hereby transferred from the General Fund to the School Fund, as a loan to the
Board of Education, the sum of d'renty-two Thdusand and 00/100 (22,000,00) Dollars.
said amount to be retransforred te the General and upon receipt of the second in-
stallment of taxes,
.?he Auditor end the Treasurer are hereby authorized to make said transfer
upon their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting asseMbled on the 20th day of Nardh, 1923, by the following vote, to wit:-
