CONSENTING TO WITHDRAMAL OF BIB.
WIMERJEAS the Co-Operative 2lectrical Cc. did, on the 20th day of March, 1923,
present its sealed propeael or bid for doing the electrical work on the proposed Alameda
Health Center building to be erected on the south side of Santa Clara Avenue between Oak
and Walnut Otreets in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the plans and specifications
adopted therefor,
AND wI1EA5, said Co-Operative Electrical Co. has addressed a communication to
the council stating that they made a mistake in oomputIng the estimate for their proposal
or bid and have requested that in consideration of said mistake they be permitted towith-
draw the bid or proposal so submitted, nor therefore
IT To HERESY MESOLTID that said Co-Uperative Electrical Co. be, and they are
hereby permitted to withdraw their Said hid for doing the electrical work in connection
with the contraction of said building,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Ocuncl of the City of Alameda ir adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the 27th day of March, 1923, by the following vote, to wit:
