RESOLUTION OF RLARD.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City. D0 Alameda did, in open session, dn tre
20th day of March, 1923, publicly open, examine, and doclare all sealed. proposals
or bide fox doing the plumbing work in the construction of the proposed Alameda
Health ;enter building to be erected on the south side of Santa Clara Rvenue be-
tween Cak and Walnut Streets 'r said city, in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications adopted. therefor,
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby rejects all of said prorobalc or bide
for said plumbing wnrk except that of the bidder next herein mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the plumbing work in the construction cf said building
to J. Ev O'Mara, for the sum. of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty and no/100 Dollars
(42880.00)
The mayor and ex-officio presidert of the Council is hereby ompowerbd and
directed for and en behalf of the City of Alameda, iD enter into end sign a contract
with said J. E. O'Mara 'Cr doing the plumbing work in the construction of said build-
ing for the amount aforeetated, said. work to done in accordance with the plane and
specifications adopted therefor and the proposal or bid of said j. E. O'Mara, on file
with the city clerk.
I, the undersignehc hereby certify that the foregoing Reselution was duly
and zg regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled en the T7th day of March, 1923, by the following vote, to-wit:
