RESOLUTION OP AdARD,
WEEREA6, the Council of the City of Alameda did, in open session, on the
2Cth day of March 1923, publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals or
bids for deing the electric work in the construction of the proposed Alameda Health
Center building to ba erected on the south sidb of Oianta Clara ,;.venne between Oak and.
Walnut Streets in said city, in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted..
therefor,
RESOTVILD, that the Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids foci

said electric work except that of the bidder net heroin mentioned, and hereby awards
the contract for doing the eleotric work in the construction of said building to 'Strom
Electrical Cb., for the sum of One Thoncemd Nifty-two and no/100 Dollars 01,052.00).
The mayor and ex-officio president of the Council is hereby empowbred and
directed for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, to enter into and sign a contract
with said dtrem Electrioal Ce. for doing the electric work in the construction of said
bdidding for the amount afdrestatcd, said work to be Jere in accordance with tbe piano
and specifications adorteb. tbsrefor and the proposal. or bid of said dtrom Electrical
Co.., on file with the city clerk.
