WHEREAS', T. G. jacohs, by mistake, paid the taxes on hi neighbor's
property and, during the time he Wag attempting to have the matter straightened
out, the taxes on his c'ar property became delinquent and. subject to a penalty
of 1,3.49, apparently throu.4h no fault of biz; own, now therefore
IT TS HEREBY RESOLVED that, in accordance with the provisions of etotion
ninety of the ilunicipal Code, the penalty of (P.49 be, and the same is hereby or-
dered refunded to said Ns, G. Jacobs..
