TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY ON coullorwa INITIATIVE.
REEOLVED, that the pity council propose to reclassify the property hereinafter
described on its or initiative, from a Class 1, Residence District, to a Class IT, Resi-
dence District, and that notice first be given of the proposed change and a hearing be
held 'by the city council in the time, form and manner Re provided for notice and hearing
before the city planning commission under the provisions of Ordinance No. 227, New Geries.
The property proposed to be so—reclassified is hereby described as follewnl
BEGINNING at a point ou the northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue 140.17
feet easterly from the easterly line of Broadway; thence at right angles to
the northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue nartherly 366.42 feet to the south-
erly line, of Eagle Avenue; thence at righE angles easterly along the south-
erly line of Eagle Avenue 126.57 fest; thence at right angles southerly 136.42
feet; thence at right angles, easterly 24.08 feet; thence at right angles south-
erly 125 foot; thence at right angles westerly 24.06 feet; thence at right
angles 175 feat to the northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue, and thence at
right angles along sail northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue 126.57 feet west-
erly to the point of commencement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting embled on the lst day of Ma , 1923., by the following vote, to wit
