10 EEL RIVER GAPER RIGHTS TO THE
EAST RAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT.
FTEREAS, Clifton E. Hickok did, on the 22nd day of Mar oh, 1925, as
trustee. for the City of Alameda, file certain applications Nos. 1319 and 3320
for water rights on the middle fork and south fork of the Eel River in Mendo-
cino County, California., which applications are on file in the Department of
Public Works of the State of California,
AND WHEREAS, said water rights were applied for and secured by said
Clifton E. Hickok' pursuant to authority first duly given and made by the City
Council of Alameda for the benefit of tEh proposed municibal utility district
then in contemplation,
AND WHEREAS, said municipal utility district has since been created
and established and the Board of Trustees thereof has anTreused a desire to
have said water rights transferred 10 said distrint, and said Clifton E. Hickok:
and the council of the City of Alameda agreeing to said transfer, now therefore
IT 12 EMERY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the
water rights aforementioned granted pursuant to Applications Eos. 3319 and 3320
te and. the same are haroty transferred to the East Bay Municipal Utility District.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution wno

in regular meeting assembled or the 17th day of July, 192a, by. the following vote',
