HEREACO, it appears that there ia no written contract with Mr. Carl. Werner,
to o architect in charge of the construction of the Health Center building, and anal. a

DE TT REZOLVEDo that Yr. Carl Werner be, and he. is hereby employed aa archi-
tect for the Health. Center building now in course of construction en Santa Clara Avenue,
this pity, for a or EtIcr, equivalent to eix per cett (41 of th.c total coat of aaid
building, and that all matters and things relating to the plane, specifications and. de-
tailed drawings and general superintendence heretofore done ty and under the authbrity
of said Carl Werner, be, and the same are hereby ratiTied, approved and confirmed.
REZOLVED PERTHER, tarot the Motyor tg, and he is hereby authorized for and an
behalf of the city, to execute a contract with. said Carl Werner 1' pursuance with the
provisions of this resolution.
