RESCUED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that there be and there
ie hereby transferred from the Electric Light Fund to the General Fund, the sum of
One thousand, Seven Hundred and Forty-nine and 66/100 (1749.66) Dollare,same being
an amount eaual to the city lighting bill for the month ending July 31st, 1923.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized to make said transfer
upon their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the F.nd day of October, 1923, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COunoilmen Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (5).
NOES: None.
