Resolution 00678RESOLUTION NO. 678. It', RE CONCRETE RETAINING WALL IN WASHINGTON PARK. RESOLVED that the city clerk be, and he is hereby directed to advertise for sealed proposals or bids for the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall in Washington Park, said retaining wall to be built in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor and on file in the office of the city engineer, said proposals, or bias to be received up to eight o'clock p. m. of Tuesday evening, October 1.6, 1923, and to be publicly opened and declared on said day and hour. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of October, 1923, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (6) .
