WREREA:73, the balance of the purchase money for Franklin Park hae been turned
over to the former owners and a deed has been delivered to the city officials in con-
sideration therefor,
AND 1FIFFEA it Is necessary under the law for the passage of a resolution
accepting said park, now thagefore, be it
RW,OLVED, that said Franklin Park, be, and it is hereby accepted by the City
of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 16th day of January , 1924, by the following vote, to wit:
AYEd; Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst and. President Otis, (4).
