AP/TINTING CARL WERNER AS ARCHITECT FOR FIREHOUSE TO
BE CONSTRUCTED OE PACIFIC AVENUE: AND GRAND SITEET.
RES(CLVED, that Er. Carl Werner be and he is hereby appointed Architect fxr
the new firehouse building about to be conatructxd Cr] the corner of Pacific Avenue
and Grand Street in the City of Alameda, at a compensation equivalent to 'six per cent
(6%) of the total cost of said building.
RESCIVED FURTHER, that the Mayor be, and be is hereby authorized for and on
behalf of the, City to execute a contract with said Carl Werner in accrdance with the
provisions cf this Resolution.
