DECLARING L- NECESSITY FOR SCHOOL IMPROTSEENTSs
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that public interest and
necessity demand thb acquisitibr, construction and completion of the following municipal
improvementa in and for aaid city, to-wit:
The acunisition by purchase of school lots or grounds, and
improving samb; ciao the completion of Lincoln. -acool, one build-
ing of which was recently destroyed by fir, and supplying same
with furniture and necessary apparstas.
RESOLVED, that the cost of said improvements would. to too or'-et to be paid
out of the ordinary annual revenue end income of said clty.
I, the undersigned, clerk of the City of Alameda, and ex-officib clerk of the
Counoil of said city, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution WRO duly and regularly
introduced and. adopted at a regular meeting of the council of said city held in the cojMeii
chamber 1, the city hall c' said city on Tuesday, the 5th day of February, 1624, by the
