Resolution 00745RESOLUTION NO. 745. ACCEPTING GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY ACROSS LIBERTY SHIP YARD. WHEREAS, the United States of America, represented by the United States Shipping Board Emergency Fleet Corporation, has, under date of March 12, 1924, duly and regularly executed to the City of Alameda a Grant of a Right of Way for the con - ion and maintenance of a high power electric pole line across the easterly side of the Liberty Ship Yard, now therefore, it is hereby RESOLVED, that said Grant of a Right of Way be, and the sa and approved. RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be attached to the Orig purposes of recordation in the office of the county recorder. eby accepted or I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of April, 1924, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (5).
