Resolution 00748RESOLUTION NO. 748. AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH ARCHITECT FOR LINCOLN SCHOOL. WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Alameda desires to employ the services of Henry H. Meyers of San Francisco as Architect for the completion of Lincoln School, IT'IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that a contract be entered into between said 'city and said Henry H. Meyers for the employment of said services as aforesaid, at the maximum compensation therefor of six per centum (6%) of the contract price, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said contract for and on behalf of said city. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was fully and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 22nd day of April, 1924, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst, Tilden and President Otis, (5).
