That Stanford. Street, between the northern line of Buena Vista (irenue arid
tho southern line of Clement Street, be improved by grading., constructing concrete
curbs, gutters, gutter br(idges, installing corrugated, Iran culverts, and paving the
roadway with six inch oiled macadam pavement
