portion of Standord Street. passed June 3, 1924, omitted to provide that-the
cost of Etrroving. the intersections should be paid for out of the generad treasury,
now therefare
IV IS HDREBY RESOLVSD, that said resolution of intention. be, and the
same is hereby resciendad, and the City Attorney is directed to prepare a new
resolution of intention embody:Lag the provision aboyemantioned, to wit: that the
city will pay for the street :Intersections on. that portion. of Stanford. Street
between the northern linh of Deana Vista i,..7'erra.0 and the southern line of Clement
Street.
