'WHEREAS, the amount of deficiency personal property taxesunsecured by
real
e which was levied. for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1920, in ths
City of Alameda was 41,729.19, or whiciasum S1,485.89 was collected,
AND WHEREAS, on account of rempvals.:and various other causes said
unsecured.. personal property taxes to the amount of 4245.30 was not collected,
is ancollectible, as appears. from the affidavit of Oswald Lubbock,
late Treasurer of said city, now therefore,
IT 92 HEREBY RESOLVED that the Xuditor and the Tax Collector be and
they are hereby' authorized to canoed upoh the books ana records of their respective
offices the said amount of 4245.30, personal prhperty taxes of said fiscal year.
I, the andersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and.. adapted. by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1.7th day of June, 1924, b the
