Le 15th day of July, 1924, publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed. proposals
Or bids for doing the Pwing word: and improvement it said city, to-wit:
That Fillmore Street, between the eastern linp of Mound Street bind the eas
ern line of Court Street, be gradp1; also that conerotb curbs, getters, gutter bridges,
and corrugated iron culverts be constructed thereon of the dimensions and at the loca-
tions, shown on the blans hereinafter referred. to; also that the roadway thereof be
eu/ ed. with a six-inch oiled macadam pavement,
All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and oPecifica-
tionb adbpted therefor and now on file in the office of the city clerk. as described
in Resolution of Intention EP. 69, Ei S., of the City Council of said city. adopted
Mrcy 20th, 1424, which resolution of intention is hbreby expressly referred to for

EOWLVED, that said City Council hereby rejects all of abid proposals or
bids except that herein Mentioned and hereby awardb the contract for doing said work
