RESOLVED, that the public interest and conyenience requite the. work herein

work to• be done and imvrovemnnt to be made in said city. to-wit:
That Waohington Street, ihrom the eastern 1... of Sour
Street to the WestErh like of Sigh Street, be graded; also
thbt concrete cbrhs, gutters, gutter bridges and. corrugated
iron culverts be constru0 tod. therebn of the dimensions and
at the locations shown on the plans hereinafter referred to;
also that the roadway thereof be "saved with a six-inch oiled
macadam puremont.
