Resolution 00790RESOLUTION NO. 790. RESCINDING RESOLUTION OF' INTENTION NO. 70, NEW SERIES. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda did, on May 20, 1924, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 70, N. S., to improve Washington Street from the eastern line of Court Street to the western line of High Street, AND 7LEREAS, since the passage of said resolution of intention all the property owners fronting on that portion of said street have entered into a contract in writing with the Hutchinson Co. to have said work and improvement made in accordance with said contract, wherefore public proceedings are no longer necessary, now therefore be it RESOLVED, thnt said Resolution of Intention No. 70, N. S., providing for the doing of said work by public contract be, and the same is hereby re- scinded. I, the undersigned, hereby certify 'that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of August, 1924, by the following vote, to Git: AYES: Councilmen Latham, Reiss, Probst, Tilden and resi.ilent Otis (5 ROCS: None.
