RESSINDIN4 RESOLUTION NO. 427 IN SO FAR AS IT RELATES TO THE COUNCIL RHLIDEP FUND.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda, did, o the 4th day of October, 1021,
adopt a resolution numbered. 427 modifying the budget, whereby it was provided that of the
levy of 1-1/4for relief purposes, one oenb (1.) thereof be lleVied for the "Inftiative
Relief itiii the remaining one-half cent (1/4) for the "Counnil Relief Fund", restec-
tively,
AND WHERES, it is no desirable that said "Council Relief Nand" be abolished,
now therefore
TT IS HEIREISY RESOLVED, that said "Council Relief ?und" Which was established. by
said Resolution #27 on October A, 1D21, be and. the soma is hereby abolished, and the
Auditor and Treasurer, respectively, are hereby directed to tare notice of the disestab-
lishment of said fund and 'keep their books accordingly.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was July ana
regularly introduped and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular meet-
assembled on the 21.st day of October, 1924, by the followlug vote, to wit:
