Resolution 00816RESOLUTION "0. 813. 32SOLLMION DECLARIH TULLIO KUISA7CE. 2047 Lincoln Avenue. •WHEREAS, the building inspector of the City of Alameda did on the 4th day of October, 1924, find. that that cerMein building or structure .3.17 at No. 2047 Lincoln Avenue, in said city, had become so dilapidated from old age or neglect as to be a public nuisarbe as spenified in Section 1, Ordinance Ht. 151, New Series, of said City of Alameda, AND WEEMEAS, said 17' inspector thereupon gave notice to the owner thereof by hostage or 17, as provided in Section 2 of said ordinance, as appeurs from the affidavit of said building; inspector on file with the city olerS, directing the owner thereof to appear before the council of the City 01 Alameda on October 21, 1924, and show cause, if any he has, why said 3031. 11.3 or structure' Should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated as proTided in said ordinance:, ANdi WHEREAS, in accordante with said. notice, said. owner of said building., Alameda Investment Company, appeared before the ".3,7 111. by its representative, F.
