RESOLUTION IN RE DU-DUCA:IONS UNDER THE 1911 ACT.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda, that all ordinances, reso-
lutions, orders and other matters required to be published by the provisions cf the
Improvement Act of 1911 shall be published in the Alameda Times-Star, a daily news-
paper of general circulation published, printed and circulated in said City of Alameda,
until otherwise ordered by said City Council.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in
regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of December, 1924, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neisa, Probst and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1).
