WHEREAS, applications have been made by the persons hereinafter named for per-
mits to sell non-intoxioating beverages, commonly called soft-drinks, in the City of
lameda, in acordance with. the provisions and requirements of Ordnance No. 252, N.5 .
of said city, now therefore, to it

hereby granted and licenses are hereby authorized to be issued under and in pursuance
of the provisions oIxi.(1-AXxXixot-x of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensa-
tion of no'-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, ti the following persons

lars (95.00) per year, or fraction thereof, payable i: 611Ge.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was Only and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda ir regular meet-
ing assembled on the 3rd day of Tebruary, 1925, by the following vote, to it
AYES: Councilmen Latham, le: so Probst and President Otis, (4).
