AUTHORIZING APBROBRIATION WON, PRE-TUBERCULAR CHILDREN AT DEL VAIIE HAMM BO

UBEREAS, the Council of the City of Alamada did, on the third day of Jana, 1924,
authorize an appropriation for pre-tuleroular children et the Del Valle Farm in an amourt
not exceeding' Cne Harare() Dollars (8100.08) per month or so mboh thereof as may 1 found
necessary,
AND WHEREAS, the expenditube up to the presert datb has been less than One Hun-
dred Dollars ($100.0C1 per month, and it will be nesessarY for the remainder of the fiscal
year to expend a sam exceeding: that amount, 11017i therefore
HESODVED, that a sum exceeding One hundred Dollars (400.00) per month be, and. the
same is hereby appropriated. to be paid ty the City of Alameda as its share of the expense
for kaintainan said Del Valle Haim and oario g. for such pre-tubercular children as may come
from the 27't' of Alameda, provided, thet the proportionate share SJ contributed 27 said
city shall not exseed the sum of Twelve Randred Dollars 01200.001 per year.
Sec. 2. This resolution shall. go into full force nab offect immediately.
