Resolution 00864RESOLUTION NO. 964. RANTING A PERMIT 'FOR A LICENSE TO SELI SOFT DRINKS. WHEREAS, applications have teen made by the persons hereinafter named for permits to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft-drink, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N. S. of said city, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that permits be and they are hereby granted and licenses are hereby authorized to be issued under and in pur- suance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxieating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and at the following places, to wit: NAILES. National Grocery Alexander Melliras Mande A. Gibson 3200 Encinal Avenue. 1401 Webster Street. 1400 Webster Street. RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by each of said persons to said City of Alameda of the license tax of Five Dollars, ($5.00) per year, or fraction thereof, payable in advance. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of March, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen Latham, Notes, Probst and l'resident Otis, (4). NOES: None. ARSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1). IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said city this 4th day of March, 1925. W. E.
