RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that the plane and specifica-
tions prepared by the (City Engineer for the improvement of Santa Clara Avenue between
Third Street and Pacific Avenue, Haight Avenue between Third Street and Pacific Avenue,
and Lincoln Avenue between Third Street and Main Street, by the grading, curbing, side-
walking and paving said streets with an oil macadam pavement be, and the same are hereby
adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing said work and making said
improvement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in reg-
ular meeting assembled on the 17th day of March, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Probst and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1).
