RESCINDING "RESOLUTION NO. 866. AUTHORISING
l'URCRASE OF ROAD MACHINE."
AHEREAS, on March 3, 1925, the Council passed Resolution No. 866, authorizing
the leasing of a road machine with the option of purchase,
AND WNEREAS, it is now deemed advisable to purchase said machine outright
instead of leasing the same, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 866 is hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda, in regular
meeting assembled, on the 17th day of March, 1925, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, :robst and resident Otis, (4),
NOE'S: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1).
