Resolution 00874RESOLUTION NO. 674. RANTING A PERMIT 'OR A LICENSE T0 SELL SOFT DRINKS. WR$REAS, application has been made by the person hereinafter named for permits to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No, 262, N. S. of said city, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that permission be and it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to te issued under and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-intoxioating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following person and at the following place, to wit: Name Horst, Josephine Z. Place 900 Santa Clara Avenue. RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue a license to said persons under the provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by eaoh of said persons to said City of Alameda of the license tax of Five Dollars, ($5.00) per year, or fraction thereof, payable in advanae . the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alaneda, in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of March, 1925, by the following vote, to wit: AY2S; Councilmen Latham, Feiss, Probst and President Otis, (4).
