ORDERING THE CITY ENGInER TO PREPAR3 PLANS AND
SPECI2ICATIONS FOR A DYKE IN THE BROOKLYN CHAML.
RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be, and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans
and specifications for the construction of a dyke in the North or Brooklyn Channel run-
ning from Government Island to the center of said channel and boundary line of the City
of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meet-
ing assembled on the 17th day of March, 192, by the following Note, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Reiss, Probst and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Tilden, (1).
