Resolution 00878RESOLUTION NO. 876. DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVaRTISE 208 BIDS. RESOLVED, that the City Clerk Se, and he is hereby ordered to advertise for sealed proposals or bids for the construction of a dyke in the North or Brooklyn Channel running from Government Island to the center of the estuary and boundary line of the City of Alameda, in accordance with the official plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer and heretofore adopted by the Council of said city, said sealed pro- posals or bids to be received by the Council not later than 8 o'clock p, m. of Tuesday, the 7th day of April, 1925, and publicly opened and publicly declared at said day and hour, the Council to reserve the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the city charter. I, the andersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution wee duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of March, 1925, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, i'rabst and President Otis, (4).
