(West End Streets)
WEEREAS, the City Counuil of the City of Alameda did, an the 7th day of
April, 1925, pass its Resolution of intention Nc. 77, N, S., to order certain street
work to be done and improvement to be made in aaid city under and in eurcusnce of the
"Improvement Act of 1911," the manes of the streets and highways proposed to be im-
proved end the location arxd character of said proposed work being described in said
resolution of intention, which is hereby ffxpressly referred to for further particulars,
AND WHEREAS, certain owners of property liable to be assessed for said work
made written protest or objections in writing and delivered the same to the clerk not
later than the hoar set for hearing such objections,
AND WHEREAS, at the time sot for hearing protests or objections the council
proceeded to hear the eane, and all of said protests or objections having been heard
and duly considered, and said council being required to pass upon the same, it is herety
RESOLVED, by the City Colman of the City of Alameda that all of the said
era tests and objections against said proposed work or improvement be, end the same are
hereby overruled and denied.
1 hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted
by the city council of the City of Alameda at a regular meeting thereof held May 5th,
1925, by the following vote to-witt
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Noble and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None.
