OMANTING A YERMiT 'POR A LICENSE TO SELL SOET DRINKS.
WHEREAS, application has been made by the persons hereinafter named
for a permit tc sell non-Intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft-drinks,
in the City of Alameda, in-aCcordance with the provioions and requirements
of Ordinance No 262, N. S. of said city, now therefore be tt
RESOLVED, by the Council f the City of Alameda that e permit be and
it i9 hereby granted and a licence is hereby authorized to be issued under
and ih pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and
dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft-drinksv by
the following persons and at the following places, to wit:
NAM PLACES
Edward Earle Vhnohan 1222 Lincoln Avenue
Mrs. E. Stroobant 178 Central Avenue
RESOLVED, that the license collector he, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a license to said persons ander the provisions of said
ordinance upon the payment by said persons to said City of Alameda of the
license tax of 15.00 per year, or fraction thereof, payable in advanse.
Iv the undersigned, hereby certify that tho for Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted ty the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting sheamblod on the 18th day of August, 1925, by
the following vote, to .wit:
AYNS: Councilmen Latham, Naiss, Noble, Probst and President Otis, ;5).
NOES: None.
ABGENT None.
