RESOLUTION RELEASING GRAFT OF EASEMENT
TO THOMAS P. )Orr
WHEREAS, on June 25th, 1911, the City of Alameda granted to
Gertrude M. Bradley tbat certain lot of land OA the southwestern corner
of San Jose AV6AU0 and College Avenue, running thence southerly on the
crly line of College Avenue fifty feet by a depth westerly and parallel with
San Jose Avenue of ten feet;
AND WHEREAS, said grantor exTressly reserved the right in said deed
to use and control the automatic flush tank near the northerly end of said
premises and the right of entry upon said premises for the purposes of mak-
inF repairs and changes in said flush tank connections;
AND WHEREAS, said Gertrude M. Bradley by deed June 4, 1925, trans-
ferred said property to Thomas P. BolFor, a married man,
110 WHEREAS, the City Of Alameda has abandoned the use of said
automatic flush tank ani no longer requires the right to use and control the
sane, or the right of entry upon said premises for the purposes of making
-repairs thereto, now therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that the easement reserved in said deed, which was record-
ed on the 28th day of June, 1911 in Titer 1903 of Deeds at page 375, be and
the same is hereby abandoned and surrendered to said Thomas 2. Dodger, and
said city hereby quits claim to all right, title and interest in and to said
property;
RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Alameda he and he is hereby
authorized to make and execute a proper quit claim deed, or such other in-
strument as may be deemed meet and proper in the premises.
